Hi all! My name is Sarah and I had my daughter 8 weeks ago. I just went to the Dr today because I haven't been feeling well, and she said that I have mild PPD and that because it's so mild, counseling should be all I need in order to get through it. I figured I would come on here and see if I could join you ladies for some added support. Mind if I do?
