Other than taking medication what do you do to try and keep the blues away?
I take hot bathes or showers, visit friends or family, go for walks. It seems like if I keep myself busy it is not as bad. For me going back to work was the best thing.
going to work for me is a blessing though last year I couldnt function for a full day ... however since January I have been working fulltime again, coping and loving it
other than the shower and walking I also try to refocus my thoughts on stuff like watching movies with a twist at the end, crocheting, doing crafts, staring at my aquarium fishes ... spending time with the kids in fun ways such as going to the movies or to the zoo
