How long after delivery were you diagnosed?
When you were diagnosed with PPD did they medicate you?
What medication were you on?
Did it work?
How long were you or have you been on it?
How long after delivering do you think PPD can last?
If you have depression anyways do you think you are more likely to get
PPD?
Do you think it would be more severe?

How long after delivery were you diagnosed? I wasn't OFFICIALLY diagnosed with PPD...just mainly Anxiety with a combination of PPD although I didn't get help right away.

When you were diagnosed with PPD did they medicate you?* Yes
What medication were you on? I started with Wellbutrin and it didn't do anything for me, now I am taking Zoloft.

Did it work?* I am still on it and feeling better.

How long were you or have you been on it? I am still on Zoloft

How long after delivering do you think PPD can last? I don't know.

If you have depression anyways do you think you are more likely to get
PPD?* I think it's a possibility.

Do you think it would be more severe? Yes I do, but everyone is different.

Yep

I am on Lithium Carbonate

Possibly. I need to get my blood drawn to make sure my levels are Ok. Since this medication just started I am unsure if it is working, but it did in the past. It takes at least three weeks for Lithium to show any results.

I have been off and on it for many years. Well it was a different form of Lithium.

It depends on if the person seeks treatment.

It is proven that people who have depression are more than likely going to suffer from PPD.

Have you ever heard of Post Partum Psychosis? Yes it can get more severe without treatment.
