I'm curious. My SO just wanted me to "get over it". How did yours handle it?

Men suck don't they!!! My SO thinks I don't need the Zoloft...and should just go off of it. In fact, I took the last pill before needing a refill on Saturday. I told him I needed to go pick up the refill on Sunday and he says, "We really can't afford it (all $25 of it), can't you just go without?" I'm like "No, it's important, we need to find the money for it, just like we find the money for our telephone bill!"

It has took Brian a while to grasp what is going on... But now he gets it... He finally got it and its good that he gets it..... He finally came to the realization I am NOT who I was when we first met... That it has gotten progressively worse...

Yep, my fiance was the same way. He said "you can get over this, it's all in your head" I didn't really know it was PPD but then realized that I have been suffering from some sort of depression for years now. I am taking Zoloft also and it's helping. Hang in there Girls!

men are such #####. thats how my husband was. he was diagnosed with a mood disorder when he was diagnosed with diabetes and he will borrow the money if he has to if he runs out of happy pills but my pills are like an un-necesary expense according to him. needless to say, he found out what it was like for me to be off of my meds.
