Marissa won't watch the toddler/preschoolers channel anymore. She only wants to watch teletoon retro (she loves old bugs bunny), family channel or regular teleton.

No more little kid shows and some of these older kid shows are a bit

Chrisa, ni hoa kai lan is on nick2 in the late afternoon/early evening!

Right now Thomas' favorites are ICarly and still spongebob. He still loves his preschool cartoons (Dora/Diego ect) but is really big on action cartoons now, scooby, spiderman/batman. Honestly as hooked as he used to be on T.V. he is more into playing now than ever.. so tv is mainly a bedtime/morning thing..

Connor's been digging Boomerang (retro cartoons) a lot lately, and the stuff they show on PBS like Word World. I would prefer he stick with Noggin though, they have so many educational shows. But I guess Diego isn't as cool as Spongebob to a nearly-four-year-old.

She watches Curious George, Martha Speaks, Sid the Science Kid, and Between the Lions. She sometimes asks to watch Clifford or Wonder Pets. We don't let her watch much else. I feel like is she is watching TV then she should be learning something, not just zoning out. When we watch TV or movies as a family we watch fun shows, but if she is watching alone she is watching "educational TV."

^ that's my biggest issue with the shows she wants to watch now. The preschooler shows are educational but the crap she wants to watch now is not at all.
I dont mind the early morning non educational shows because we have a man in our basement suite and I dont want her running around at 7am.

Later on or in the evening I'd prefer something educational if she's going to be watching tv.

Daniel still loves all his shows, but now that Will & Clayton are here and picking some of the tv channels, he's gotten into other shows. He loves iCarly and Drake & Josh and of course Spongebob.

Her shows haven't really changed yet. Her friends watch Horseland and Hannah Montana and all those but she still likes Noggin and PBS. (Of course she loves spongebob too)

We aren't huge TV watchers, more into movies... but Spongebob is a favorite here too, as well as Dora and Diego, and mine are really into iCarly ... but I've watched it with them and it's really not a bad show, it's kind of cute! Just a little silly and corny at times.

Managed to get her to watch sid the science kids this morning. So far so good! She's refused to watch it before because she knows bugs bunny is on.
