we don't usually do anything. It's so close to his birthday, so we usually only go out once.

the kids usually get a small gift. we sometimes get gifts for each other. i told him not this year. we've had so many expenses lately. we just paid for the other half of the wood rot repair, we had to fix the van (try having a van door drop on your head...ouch...yeah, that was my head) and get a new battery for my car, i had to pay the comprehensive fees for joshie's preschool, and then i plan on dropping a lot of dinero for my bro and sis in law's wedding gift and housewarming gift. we're going to do at least one dinner...maybe two. but we'll probably just get dinner to go b'c we prefer to be home and w/ the kids, etc. we're def. not going out on valentine's day.

Chuck bought me pink roses yesterday and we are going to leave work early Tuesday and go to lunch and then dessert. We'll buy some candy for the girls and balloons for Samantha. I have a present for her. Other than that we might do cards and we have a wedding to go to that night.
