Just heard ab the tsunami warning, I can never remember where you are so I was worried... I guess the sirens have been going off ? Anyway, hope you stay safe!


As for us on the East Coast, did everyone prepare for the Frankenstorm? I was not worrying about it, but now since CT is the side, people are spazzing around here.. All I keep hearing is how it's supposed to be worse than Irene... *shudders* Gotta say, I'm worried about the coast. My parents moved last year after Irene and are now pretty close.. Not in the flood zone from last year, but the school a block away was flooded out..

Hope everyone on the East coast stays safe as well!!

T and p for those of you on the EC...that is sooooo scary!!!! Stay safe!

We are fine. I was actually on a rare outing with friends when they were getting news updates via phone. We didn't hear the sirens but they were going off. We went to Target and there were people but not really mobs or panicking. But we just got what my friends needed and then they dropped me off because my friend's mom had called in the meantime to say the sirens were going off where they were and to make sure he had water.

My third tsunami so far...I just count my blessings that we have always made it through okay and there has never really been much in terms of wave action. It is still scary but it could have been so much worse.
