I am having a horrible time forcing myself to drink anything. I am usually a girl that is NEVER without my water bottle, but I am so nauseous, the thought of water is beyond repulsive. I have been surviving off Sprite and Gatorade, but even today, I had to force down a few sips of Gatorade. I am really worried I am not getting enough liquid. I don't pee much at all and when I do, it is dark and concentrated. Ugh!

Do you feel like eating watermelon? I've been eating a ton and constantly craving it and I think a part is because just like you, I'm not getting enough liquid. I'm not sure if its still available wherever you live, but luckily in LA there are a lot of street vendors that are selling them.

I don't like watermelon, but actually grapes would be good to get some liquid. I totally forget you can get water through food too.

You really need to keep hydrated! Do what you can...have a glass with meals, or take small sips frequently. Try water with lemon, juices, milk, whatever you think you can stomach. Maybe even pedialyte...that's very easy on the stomach.

How about a popcicle?

I love Izze Sparkling Ginger. (It's just sparkling water + juice, it's real gentle on my tummy at least)

Hoping, I am in the same boat. Usually I always have my water bottle at hand and drinking water is no problem, yet for the last weeks since m/s set in I have barely been able to drink water and have had barely any in the last two days. I never thought water would be an aversion. I have had a craving for a lot of fruit: canned peaches, canned pears, grapes and apple sauce. It is nice to know from reading this thread that at least I'm getting some water. The only liquid I seem to be able to drink is ice cold Sprite.

With my last pregnancy I was the same way but found if I added a little bit of lemon juice to my water it really helped, plus it helps with the nausea.

I hadn't thought of Popsicle! Thanks . Sweets, I am only drinking sprite right now too. Ugh. I know it is bad for me, but I have to drink something. I can also drink sweet tea. I need to go make me some.

I was like that with my first two pregnancies. My doc. told me eat lots of juicy fruits like grapes. And Popsicle work wonders.

I hope you find a remedy soon!
