We usually have Honey Baked Ham at Christmas dinner and I am wondering if I can eat it. I know you are supposed to avoid regular deli meat unless it is heated, but I am not sure about this. If I do need to heat it, I wonder for how long. We don't have any other meat, so it would be realy noticable if I don't eat it.

The honeybaked ham should be fine. It's not a prepackaged lunchmeat.

Yup, it should be fine. It's cooked thoroughly and served warm. You should be just fine! It sounds really good, too!

You'll be fine eating the ham. Hams are precooked anyways, so as long as it's heated up you'll be okay. I ate ham for Thanksgiving and I'm okay. I'll be eating ham for Christmas too.

It'll be absolutely fine unless you don't cook it for some reason. There's a specific type of food poisoning (the name escapes me at the moment) that can occur in undercooked meats that's a concern. However, it is actually fairly rare to begin. As long as it's heated properly you have nothing to worry about. You'll have to worry more about soft cheeses than you will meats unless you like things rare.
