What kind of car do you have right now? Will you be getting a new one before the baby gets here?

I have a Honda CR-V. I like it a lot. It would be nice to get a mini van before the baby gets here, but that isn't going to happen.

I have a 2008 Chevy Impala and I love it! :-) Hubby drives a Ford F-250 Superduty. When we have our 2nd baby in a few years, we'd like to get an SUV!

I have a 2 door Scion TC, so I think I need to get something else... lol When I got it 2 years ago I was still with my ex hubby and thought I would never have kids, so why not go with the 2 door.
My boyfriend has a Dodge Charger, so we can use that if I don't get something right away.

I have a Dodge Durango and DH has a VW Jetta. His is perfect for the hour drive to and from work, great on gas and he likes it. I will probably pgrade to a (sigh) van not too long after this baby is born. I have a third row that folds down flat, but it's a PITA to access as you have to fold down a second row seat, plus I will also lose all the room in the back for strollers and groceries.
I'm not quite ready for the van mentally but it has to be done!

Durango here too. I never have the 3rd row seat folded up, it's always down. Could you imagine the storage if you left it up? There'd be no room for anything!! I'd love to upgrade to a Sequoia but that's not going to happen.

'99 Camry. And no. I want a minivan (that I swore as a teenager I would never drive ) But we just can't afford it; no savings set aside for it and can't afford to finance. /sadface.

We have a Oldsmobile Intrigue. I love my car even as beat up as it but its paid off so I can't complain..lol We have been looking to get another car but wanted to be able to put a good chunk down. But now looks like it will have to happen sooner then later as we do travel at least I do a lot when he isn't here and no way would I be able to fit everything in there plus the huge dog and a baby. To dog loves car rides but also loves the whole seat..lol
I am looking at the Kia Sorrento but have to test drive a few because so I can test their blind spots...lol I am not wanting to go up in size cause I really do love my car but space wise we have to.

'00 Mercury Sable - it's older but we're not investing in a new car for another year or so; especially since we just spent the $$ earlier this year getting the transmission and engine in top working order again, not to mention all new tires.

I have a 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan. LOVE IT! Plenty of space for everyone and and stroller, grocery bags etc. Wouldn't change it for anything else. Would love to get the newest model, but we can't afford it right now, so we bought out the one we were leasing. Luckily it's not one of the models that's being recalled right now. That is kind of scary.

We have a 2005 Hyundai Elantra and have to get a mini van before this one comes. The car doesn't fit everybody comfortably anymore as it is, with one more somebody will have to sit on the roof.

We have a 2002 Chevy Cavalier and a 2008 4 door dodge dakota... Our plan is to buy an SUV sometime next year and replace the cavalier because it is getting up there in mileage!

We have an Audi A4, DH is in denial that it will fit 3 kids! We have the 2 carseats back there already and the space that is left in the middle.....no way an infant car seat base is going to fit!
He will probably keep it for work, and i will probably get a new (well, used) SUV.

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.. DH has a Dodge RAM 2500.. both have enough room for the first baby... but I definitely want to get something a little bigger like a Tahoe or a Armada in a few years.

I have an 06 Jeep Commander.. I love my car to bits and we have been discussing lately that we're more than likely going to have to trade it in.
We are upside down on it right now and in about 6 months we should be okay with what we would have left on being upside down compared to what we are at right now..
Our monthly payments are starting to kill us financially because of everything that happened at the end of last year its catching up. I love my Jeep but I can't keep paying what I am. So we'll look for a van trade in with it down the line.

We have a honda civic, and we JUST got a new honda accord last monday. We're leasing a brand new one. It's SO nice. We've only had 1 car for the last 2 years, so DH and I are both thrilled for this newfound independence.

I've got a Ford Ranger. I love my little truck. I've had it for six years or so and it was the first vehicle my parents bought me in my junior year of high school. I'm the second owner and own it outright ((hooray for no payments!)). However, as attached to it as I am, I look at the inch of clearance between my belly and the steering wheel and know that I'm not going to be able to drive it much longer and that it's not a vehicle to be toting a carseat with a baby. It works for getting me to dog shows with my Aussie riding shotgun, but on class nights when I take Flame and pick up my mum's 2 border collies and the Aussie we co-own... it's like a clown car. So there are a number of reasons I have to get a different vehicle.
Part of me is looking forward to it, part of me is not. Brian is helping me get my truck sold and is looking for a vehicle for me. I'll have final say in what is bought, but I told him I'm not picky and will take what I can get.
