Well, at least if my DS could name her.
He wants to name her Hermit Crab. 
I have no clue where he came up with that, but when we were eating supper tonight and talking about names, he kept saying, "Noooo, not Shelby! I want to name her Hermit Crab."
The kid cracks me up! Just had to share, in case anyone needed a laugh!

Tonight mason told me "meatlove" I asked why his response was "might be so cute I'll just want to eat her up" I hope he's not heartbroken if we start having to call it a him.lol

My oldest son wanted to name my daughter "pickles" and It has stuck as her nickname. I get the funniest looks from people when I say" come on pickles". This time around my youngest son wants to name this one " little duck" who knows where they come up with this stuff????

My oldest wants to name the baby after all of her friends from school so if she had her way the baby would have 21 names.

LOL! Yeah, he's still calling her Hermit Crab, and he refuses any other name we suggest. Despite his efforts, we're going with a different name.
Her name is Kendra Mae. IDK if anyone remembers me posting that name awhile ago and how it just came to me long before I knew it was a girl. And it means "water baby," which is fitting b/c I'm planning my first water birth. Anyways...I guess her nickname will be Hermit Crab for now. Haha!

Mikayla wanted to name the baby Mikayla, so there can be 2 of her. Then we explained the baby will have it's own name, so she wants to call her Sara, which is what she calls all her dolls. lol

Maybe he got "Hermit Crab" from the Eric Carle story ... 'A House for Hermit Crab'? I love that book and so does Jaiden ... but thankfully he's still too little to give his opinion on baby names! =D
