So, last night i was relaxing on the couch after a LONG day on my feet. I wasn't really paying attention or expecting to feel anything when suddenly i felt a tiny thud! It was too low to be gas, so i thought....maybe...then a few seconds later i felt 2 more in the EXACT same place!

It was still small movement so i realize i may not feel it regularly but it was still exciting! I was starting to think i would never feel baby. yay!

So, i called my doctor about the palpitations yesterday. She emailed me a chart to keep track of them (how often, how long they last etc) to fill out and bring to my next appointment. She told me to come in right away if i get shortness of breath, chest pain, dizzy or lightheaded with them. Most likely she will refer me to a cardiologist but thinks its ok to wait 2 weeks.

Yay on movement! Hopefully you behave for 2 weeks so you don't have to rush in.

Glad you're feeling baby move and glad you got to talk to your doctor about the palpitations too. I think I might have felt baby last night too, but still not 100% sure.

Yay baby! I hope that your doc has some insight about those palpitations. Heart stuff is unnerving.

Yay for feeling baby! I am seeing a cardiologist too... they will probably hook you up to a 24 hr monitor to check it
