I hurt SO BADLY sitting straight up and down in this stupid office chair. I feel like I have Caleb's head permanently between my ribs. It hurts, I'm achy. I want to lay down sooooooo bad but have 3 more hours and 1 hour of driving so 4 hours before I even walk through the front door. *Sigh*...anyone else uncomfortable at work right now?

I don't know if its normal but I'm feeling the same way. It sucks! I work 9am-6pm and drive 2 hours a day. I can't WAIT to lay down at night. I feel bad because I want to spend time with the kiddos but would rather lay down most nights!

I am uncomfortable as well...only my pain is in my back, especially on my right side. It helps if I lean forward and kinda stretch that muscle. Luckily my baby isn't stretched out inside me at the moment. That's the worst. Yesterday I felt like I pulled a muscle by turning quickly and I was trying to relax and recover and the baby kept kicking at it from the inside!!

Charlotte is still curled up pretty low...but at work i had to sit on a metal folding chair and lean down in an 18" cardboard box & pack these little fan propellers inside...leaning forward sucks, i feel like i am squishing her & from sitting and leaning forward like that for 8 hrs, when i stand up i have the worst hip pain. I seriously walk around at work like an 80 yr old woman. Ugh. My hips loosen up after a little walking, but the first few min's are the worst.

Aline likes to lay diagonally across my belly, hitting my diaphragm on the left side and my right kidney. It is SO uncomfy! I'm pretty short waisted (well, short in general, I'm only 5'1) so even with her being on the small side it hurrrrts.

yep, feel you on this one. being a flight attendant, the straight back chair we have is a killer when you aren't pregnant. Being pregnant sitting in that thing is pure torture. When I am not sitting in that stupid thing I am on my feet...lovely!

I have the same aches and pains, and I don't work. One thing I suggest is getting up and walking around as much as possible. Sitting in one place can cause pressure and severe discomfort. Try to get up and walk around the office a few times and that might help....Hang there....We are half way there!!

Oh, yes. I generally work from home for about 2 weeks and then travel for one week. I'm traveling this week and get to come back again next week! Not only is the chair uncomfortable, but I'm wearing new shoes for the first time that are giving me blisters. My co-workers love to put in 11-12 hour days, and then get together later that night for dinner! I always sneak out the door around 6:30, then make up an excuse about being tired or something so I don't have to go back out again. After working a long day, I just want to go back to my hotel, get in a quick workout, and have room service while I watch tv. Traveling while pregnant really sucks.
