Another doctor's visit...sighs

Well i was right about having a yeast infection except they think i might be diabetes...it just seems like everything is going wrong with my body

i didnt even know that diabetes caused yeast infections

they said that alot of pregnant women devolped diabetes.....i'm more angry with the fact that i was just at the obgyn on monday and they didn't even see there was sugar in my urine

What makes them think you have diabetes? A yeast infection is an easy fix...I hope they are wrong about the diabetes. HUGS.

Edit: you must have posted the same time I did...are they doing the hour glucose test? Were there any other indicators that you may be diabetic? And if it ends up being gestational diabetes, that's not a permanent situation, only while pregnant.

They did a urine test on me and found sugar in my urine,they are gonna compare my lab results from my obgyn to see if they got the same thing

are they going to do a glucose test?

Hopefully its nothing and they are just being overly cautious

I still don't know yet,all i'm being treated for as of now is my yeast infection...i do have my big ultrasound on tuesday so not sure if they'll want me to come in before that happens or what.

Keep in mind that the Drs are finding the things that are wrong and they can help fix it.

I know,i'm just mad that i didn't know this sooner cuz i had alot of blood work taken on monday as well.Yeah i think i meant GD though my grandma and my fiance's father has diabetes so i just don't know

Well, if that is what it is...at least you are finding out early. That's a GOOD thing. It still sucks, but it's better knowing sooner than later.

Don't lose faith in your body. So glad you can get the infection cleared and get some answers on the diabetes. I just want to say that I have seen a woman's body beat all the odds when it was dealing with HUGE things in pregnancy and turn out a healthy baby. You and your doctor will get through this and nature has designed your body to conserve your baby and you! With a little extra help you will do fine! hang in there. Some of us have to labor for our babies long before D-Day.
