This is my 3rd baby, so I will not be having a baby shower and I've made up my mind to politely decline if anyone offers to throw one for me! (Baby showers are really, really sweet but I hate being the guest of honor and I feel super awkward opening gifts in front of people...I'm a weirdo...)
But.... we need to start buying this baby some stuff!I want to make a 'wish list' online of all of the things that I'd like to get. This way when it's time to start buying, I know exactly what pattern/size/model # we want from each different store and we can estimate the cost overall. For example, the Graco pattern that I want for this baby's travel system is only available at Target, I want a bedding set from Pottery Barn Kids, and the baby needs a new crib so we're looking at Babies R Us.
I guess my question is: Is there a website out there that'll let me pull from different websites to create one big collaborative list?
Ive not heard of a website that lets you do that, i think your best bet would be to create a document in word (or whatever document program you have) and go to all the sites or stores and write down exactly what you want model number and all and where its from. That way you would have it all in once spot and it would be easy to go back later and get exactly what you want
I don't know about recording the items on your list but you can either create a folder and save the links in your favorites or you can use Ikeepbookmarks.com and save the links there.
Other than saving the links or creating a spreadsheet with all the info, I am not sure.
You might be able to find a lot of the stores on Amazon and shop through their shops, but I can't think of anything else other than keeping a spreadsheet.
