I live in Minnesota, it is just starting to warm up to the 50's, so It's fine. When it is cold however I loathe it here. I HATE the cold. My husband is from a tropical region and I have lived previously in tropical regions and that is where we want to be. If we could sustain ourselves, I would love to live on an island. I have such an island personality. Maybe the Cayman Islands, Maui, Thailand, Australia oh there are so many.

I live in London, England. Its ok. I think after this baby is here and we've got a little more money we will look at moving, probably to Australia. Its ok though, we are on the outskirts so its not too busy but its still not where we would like to be

We live outside of Atlanta, GA. We are from a smaller town in GA but with my husband being in the military, we move around. After he retires, I think we will be coming back to GA.

I live near SLC UT, I love that we can go to different Sand Dunes and ride, and there are tons of lakes close by to go wakeboarding. As far as outdoor activities this is the place to be however I hate the huge Religious influence here it's everywhere I don't like that all the magazines with a women on front are covered by black plastic I see nothing wrong with my ds seeing a picture of a women in a dress or swimsuit it's not going to corrupt and ruin his life, I don't like how when we are out mowing our yard or just hanging out out in our front yard on a Sunday and my ds or I will wave as people are walking home from church and they don't wave back that's if they stay on the same side of the street they usually cross so they don't have to walk directly in front of our house lol.. I would love to live in a more open place where people are more accepting of others, probably somewhere in CA if we ever get the chance...

We live in south Alabama. We are only about an hour and 15 minutes from Panama city bch. I like where we live. Dh and I both grew up here and graduated from school here. Both our families are here. Dh works out of town so no matter where we live he wouldnt be able to be home. We will be here forever I assume.

I live in Maine, so I feel you on the cold. Fortunately it was a warm winter, but it can be so depressing when it is dark and snowy for 5 months. We have been in a really rural part for the last 2 years, but are hoping to move closer to a bigger city in the state if my husband gets a new job. Most of my family and friends are in Boston, New York, and DC, so mostly I miss being near people to hang out with. I haven't really met any friends since moving to this small town.

I live in Connecticut and I am loving it this week! I feel like spring is finally here! I can't believe you guys had a warm winter in Maine...I feel like it snowed non stop here. I am sick of the long winters...but the other three seasons are beautiful here in Connecticut. It really is a very pretty part of the country. Winter is pretty too...I'm just finding it to be a pain with multiple little kids.
My dh is in the military and we are going to move to Mississippi this fall, and then to Maryland the following year.
We have also lived in North Carolina and Florida. North Carolina was probably my favorite...it had all four seasons, mild winters, and was within a few hours of both the beach and mountains.

I live in Gilbert, AZ but we just moved here from Tempe, AZ. Tempe is a college town and has lots of things going on and Gilbert is VERY family oriented which is great for when baby comes but so far it's pretty boring. It's starting to warm up, reaching the 80's, and DH and I want to use our pool so badly! I'm sure it'll be summer before we know it.

We live in Bend (Central Oregon) it's kind of a resort-y type city since there are a lot of places to ski nearby and outdoorsy stuff. It's absolutely gorgeous but I wish we were closer to my family in Texas, and that's where we'll end up eventually.

I have lived in Florida all my life. Actually, I live in my childhood home! While I love being in this house, it is small, and the neighborhood is really bad. A lot of drug activity. Most everyone keeps to themselves and no one has ever bothered us, but I'd love to live in a bigger house. We are in central Florida so we are literally about an hour for everything. (Including the east and west coast and Orlando.) It's nice, but I really would love to move closer to the beach! We have talked about moving to New Smyrna or Ormond. My aunt just moved to Palm Coast and I went to see their new house yesterday and fell in love with it. So my answer is I'd love to live on some beach, somewhere!

The area we live is SOOOO expensive, Marina del Rey, CA. Los Angeles has great weather but I'm honestly tired of it. I want to move to suburbia somewhere. Actually, I'd LOVE to move to Hawaii and my husband and I are considering it somewhere down the line but that might be in 20 years.

We live outside of Portland, OR. It's too rainy for me and too dark throughout the winter. It also has really high state income taxes, so we will not be retiring here. I'm from FL, and I love it there other than being too hot in summer. My husband is from South Dakota and he inherited some land there. My dream would be to build a summer home there and winter home in FL.

Don't really want to say my state, but I live in the West. I like where I live. Sometimes it bothers me and I just want to leave to another surrounding state, but then I remember the things I do like about living here. I like that there is a lot of common ground with people. Families and moms and I have a lot of friends here. I grew up here. We bought a house last year in the only area we could afford. It is not the best of neighborhoods, but has good places and people just outside of it. And yeah everyone keeps to themselves mostly, which I kind of like. My dream would be in the next 3-4 years to move to a more suburban neighborhood with a lot more kids. There aren't any where we live. All I would have to do is move a few more miles West and I would be there so its good here so far.

We are also military and have lived quite a few places. Right now we are in Colorado. I would like to go back East because our families are there or Hawaii. Mainly because I need the beach and sun as I look out on the snow we have today.

We live in DFW area (TX). I've lived here my whole life, so I like it pretty well - my whole family lives here, so I couldn't really imagine being anywhere else, although I daydream about it sometimes. DH grew up in CA, he misses the weather and the beach, but says it's too expensive to live there compared to where we are. Now, the HOUSE we live in, that's a sore subject. It's too small, and I hate the neighborhood - not a BAD neighborhood per se, but run-down, kinda white trashy... not my style. We have some debts to take care of, and as soon as our credit's cleaned up a little bit, we're going to move.

We live in the the town I grew up in. We bought a really nice house here, and it's a nice place to raise kids...that said....I CAN'T WAIT to get out of here. lol It's a little bitty town where everyone knows everyone else, and their business. There's always some sort of drama...we just do our best to avoid it. There are also no jobs whatsoever. My husband has been out of work since December, and right now, nothing's looking very hopeful. We're sort of in north central Tx right now. We're planning to go stay with his Dad for a while in South Texas so he can look for work. If he finds something, we'll probably put our house up for sale and stay with his Dad until we find something of our own down there.
