Who is still working out? Have you slowed down some? What are you doing?

I have been a big slug the last month. I need to just go and cancel my gym membership. I have just been so busy with work and so tired that it is hard to convince myself to do anything.

I am only working out about 2-3 days a week. Ugh. I really need to get my butt in gear. It's starting to warm up though so I think that might give me some motivation at least to get outside and do bike rides and walks.

I had this great big plan about working out and running throughout the pregnancy. And now: bedrest. Maybe they will lift the bedrest once things move back but IDK...

But any of you still working out, do an extra 5 mins for me, please.

me and hubby ussually walk (And he runs) during the warmer months, but since he starts with the police monday and police academy in april, we've started going to the gym. I ussually only walk the treadmill and the indoor track while he lifts weights. We've been going about 4-5 days a week.

I'm still working out, but it's definitely slowed down. I am consistently 3 days a week. Now that it's warming up I am hoping to get outdoors and start walking so that should help.

I'm still running 3 miles about 5 times a week. They only have morning daycare so if I have an appt or somethin in the morning then I have to miss the gym that day.

Trying to walk 1 hour everyday. Sometimes it is hard cause after my 10 hour shift I am so tired.

I need to cancel mine too. I takes much more time to drive to the gym and work out than to just walk around my neighborhood. I have kept it thinking I will get back into it but who am I kidding? LOL It is expenxive to start up so I hate to cancel it but I am waisting more money each month I don't go so canceling is the less of the two evils.

I completely stopped.. but I need to start again.

I'm working a few big contract projects at home after my day job (fulltime). From the time the kids go to bed until the time I go to bed.. I'm working.

Maybe after one of them drops off I'll have some more time. I kind of feel like the money I make is going to be more useful (but I know in the grand scheme of things, that's probably not true).

ive never been big on working out, i think ive been in a gym 3 times in my life, dbf and i have started taking walks after dinner though, since the weather is getting nice again
