2. Do you have a lactation consultant at your hospital? Yes, on the weekdays. I've only ever saw the NICU one though to give me tips on nursing a preemie and to make sure I was latching him right.... I didn't really need her help but they have you under microscope at the NICU.

4. How long do you see yourself breastfeeding for? Til baby self weans or at 2-ish. My successful breastfeeder went on for 14 months and she self weaned, despite my sadness LOL...

1. Do you plan to pump? I am going to try and pump some with this baby to get s/he used to an occasional bottle. My son would never take a bottle, so I only pumped to help engorgement.

3. Do you plan to wear nursing clothes? No way! Too expensive! I would always wear a cami under my shirts when I was nursing my son so I could pull my shirt up and the cami down and I would not be exposed. I hope to do the same thing this time.

4. How long do you see yourself breastfeeding for? Well, I nursed my son until he was 2.5 and then he weaned on his own. Hopefully I am lucky enough to BF this baby until s/he weans on their own.

Once he got older, people always gave me a hard time about weaning him. It seems so taboo to nurse past 1, but it's what worked for us.
