So it's official... space is starting to get really tight in there.
Kruz'er man these last few days has been doing this new trick where I can feel him stretch out like a star trying to force more space open.
It is so wickedly uncomfortable I have to sit up straight, lean back or altogether stand up when he does this little maneuver because of the pressure.
And all I can think to myself is, "wow... this gets SO much worse" LOL
Anyone else at max capacity and ready to submit to the aches & groans of 16 more weeks??
I'm not quite as far along, but i can definitely tell it's getting a little more crowded. The other night I woke up with the first pain like you can feel a certain body part (probably head) pressed against your side. It hurt real bad, and I had to sit up for a while. Then the past couple of days I've noticed when I'm standing, it feels like the baby is trying to exit my belly button....it just gets really tight. I'm like you, I keep thinking this isn't even the half of it yet. lol

I feel the same way. Baby seems to have grown so much in the past few weeks. I feel a lot further along than I really am! I hope it was just a crazy growth spurt and that it will slow down for a while.

Hah! I painted my toenails last night- next time I'm getting hubby to do it I think baby's finally moved from her breech position and is laying sideways in there, lounging about. Thank goodness, my poor bladder was getting worn out!
Yeah, I feel a little bad that I don't have more space for him. On every ultrasound, he is in some weird yoga like pose. The other day, he had his legs completely straight over his head (his legs were parallel to the rest of his body) and his feet touching the back of his head. I might post the picture.I just hate to see how he'll have to position himself once he gets bigger.
I totally am! McKynlee (baby b) has this place right below my ribs on the right side where she likes to ball up, she makes a huge bump on my side when she does it. Then they get into "boxing matches". Sometimes, I think they are trying to come out through my belly button ! I don't remember being this uncomfortable with my other 3 until at least 32 weeks. I know it will all be worth it a million times over in a few more weeks!!!!!!!

Im not quite there yet but Friday I seen her kick or headbutt from the oustide. I was waiting in the car line to pick up DD from school I laughed out loud. Im sure I will be feeling like this very soon. I have 15 weeks left!
So far it is nothing compared to my first DD. She did that maneuver ALL. THE. TIME! It was very painful. She bruised my ribs and I had to push down with my hand to get her to stop if I couldn't stand up. I wasn't sure why she did it so much until she came out. She is not a snuggly child and gets claustrophobic. If you try and hug her too tightly or hug her when she doesn't want it, she does the same thing, stretches and wiggles. As a baby she hated being swaddled and just wanted to be held without being constrained. Anyway, yeah this baby hasn't been near as bad as she was.

Though the stretch marks may say something entirely different, I don't think I'm out of room yet, but I'm getting more and more uncomfortable by the day.
This week we had our first noticeable kicks, strong enough that they can be felt from the outside. And since then, I could swear she's in there building a ladder or tying some kind of rope to help her get out. She's been a busy beaver in there trying to make more room and find the "right" spot. If I'm not crazy mistaken, my guess would be that she's vertical...the kicks are just off centre to the left - bruising my belly button!
