I dont know if anyone has talked about this before but at what point do you start going to see your dr every two weeks and then every week?

I think when you hit the 3rd trimester you start going every 2 and then at about 34-36 weeks you start going every week....I can't really remember, but that seems to be about what I did with my first...

I think I started going every 2 weeks at 30 weeks? Then every week after 36 weeks. Not totally sure.

I see my midwife every two weeks starting at 28 weeks and then weekly from 36 weeks to birth.

My doctor's office says every two weeks at 30 weeks and then every week after 35 weeks.

My doctor asked me at my appt Monday if I wanted to come in 2 weeks or 4 weeks. She said some people like to come in more and others rather not come in as often.

I opted for the latter - I am too busy to be going in there every 2 weeks to sit in the lobby for an hour LOL

I think its individual to your situation also. Such as, I am very high-risk, so I could go in, once or a week or more starting at 28 weeks depending how I am doing.
