Pretty sure this has started...at 35 wks, a bit early. Been having low cramping and pretty sure I am dilating.....don't go in until next Monday..... should I just wait till then? I think I will....I am not having strong contractions or anything. Ahhh, the uncertanties......
As long as you aren't experiencing a sudden change in contractions or anything it's fine. I lost mine weeks ago, it's just one of those things. You can call to let them know and see if they want you in sooner as a precaution, but since it can regenerate and you can begin dilating well in advance it shouldn't be anything to worry about.
I usually start losing my plug around this time. I've had some mucus lately so I figure it's the start. For me it's never really meant anything until I've started getting pink or red tinged mucus. It's a sign that things are starting to happen, but hard to say how long it will be until labor actually starts.
