The dr. my mom works for is on vacation this week, so she has a really relaxed work schedule. Well, my DS is always staying at my parents' house while my DD is usually home with me. So my mom said that last night, she'd love to have my DD stay with her so DS and I could have some mommy/son bonding time before the baby is born. I can't remember the last time I was able to spend some quality one-on-one time with DS. And to make the surprise even more special, my DH called off work today to spend the day with us. So far, DS has planned for us to get icecream, go to the park, swim in his little pool and have pizzy (pizza) for supper. And DH wants to surprise DS by going to the pet store and possibly buying a fish tank for him. DS has been begging us for a fish lately, and DH thought it would be a great idea to get him something of his very own before the baby is born.
Today has to be a great day! I'm excited to get out of the house and spend some time with my boys! Just had to share! Now watch--Kendra will decide to give me troubles today. LOL!
