I'm so excited I was googling for home school groups in the area last week and found a play group for home schooled kids so I e-mailed the lady in charge to find out more and they are meeting tomorrow morning and we're going! I"m so excited to finally meet some people with kids that are around the same age as mine. I'm also looking forward to actually being able to socialize with adults other than my dh.

That's great! How are you adjusting to the new area? Do you like it? And most importantly, have you had a cheese steak or at least some awesome pizza? Man, I miss Philly's food. Let me know if you need ideas for places to take the kids in that area... it's been a few years, but I doubt the big things have changed.

We got to the library and as we were getting out of the van, Miah got her fingers smashed in the door so we got to go to the ER instead of the play date.

We're adjusting pretty well, I love that everything is so close and convenient no more driving 20 + minutes to go to a store. We have had some really good pizza from a couple of places around here. I haven't had a cheese steak yet, but that is on my list to get from a certain restaurant around here.

I also want to take the kids to the zoo this summer and to the "Please Touch Museum" and there are lots of other places I want to go too, but will fit them all in eventually.
