The past two days, we've been dealing with super stinky poops- the kind that stays on her unless we bathe her! She isn't showing any signs of a food allergy, and I don't know what's causing it. I'm thinking of dropping all cereals or milk products (do yogurt melts count?) and seeing if it clears up.
Any other ideas on what's causing this?

On a sidenote, I found this while googling "baby poop"
Suri's Bronzed Baby Poop

It's just a bronze representation- not the real thing, but really!

We've had the same thing here. I was thinking it was teething related because it's a little runnier and his butt is a little red. I thought it could be more acidic due to the saliva with teething. But I was also thinking dairy as well since he's been eating a little more yogurt these days and it's the first time in a few weeks that's he's had YoBaby yogurt. So basically, I don't know. It also doesn't happen with every poop, just some of them. Sorry I can't really help much.

BTW - bronzed poop -eww!

OMG..Syd had one a few weeks ago, I swear it smelled like pure methane gas. Ugh! I had to bathe her a few times that day b/c the smell wouldn't go away! With her it actually turned out to be a slight stomach virus (a day or 2 later she also started vomiting up her bottles). Went away after about a week.

Hunter has sort of been the same way when he eats too much YoBaby Yogurt. Maybe it's because it has whole cream in it. That is VERY heavy on someone who doesn't really get cow anything yet. I've just resorted to only giving him a half a yogurt mixed into his cereal at breakfast, or less. They are expensive, so they last longer that way too. lol.

Also, Hunter also has a cold so it could be that too. Viruses present in the stool with mucous as well as an allergy.
