I've noticed that Miranda is a very light sleeper during the day. Any little sound wakes her up, so she will sleep longer if she's in her bedroom with the door closed and it's quieter in the house and the kids are in school. During the night nothing will wake her. The other day my DH fell over a gate in the dark that he put up and forgot about. It was such a loud crash right in front of her door but she didn't even move in her bed. So strange.

How are your babies handling sounds while they are sleeping/napping?

Jackson is a pretty light sleeper, but more so for naps. He sleeps more deeply at night but only when he is really out, otherwise anything will wake him up. We have to use fans and white noise every time he goes down.

Naps..the slightest noise or movement he wakes up. At night he will sleep through anything. But he does get up to eat atleast once.

Naps if she isn't in her crib she is a light sleeper.
Night she sleeps pretty good. Till she hears DH's alarm lately.

Lyla is a pretty heavy sleeper. We use a humidifier in her room when she's napping during the day and when she goes down for the night. We also close her door. She doesn't seem bothered by noise.

We use white noise to help him sleep better.
