turned into a total gut. down to the beam kind of gut. i am with the kids at my aunts house. she has a two family house and the apartment upstairs is empty. but it is not an ideal living situation lol

I so don't miss those days. My mom mentioned one time in wanting to redo the bathroom upstairs. So my grandpa took that as in now. So when he was staying with us in the middle of winter he gutted it. She came home a week later to a gutted bathroom. And it was sooo cold up there.
Then another time I left for work (same house) and DH said I don't like that wall. Think we should do something about it. I was like yeah whatever. Yup came home from work that night to no heat and no wall. I was not a happy camper..lol It looks nice now. So kinda worth it but bad timing..lol

i will definitely post pictures. im glad he did it i just hate waiting. but im happy all the plumbing and electrical is being replaced
