Seriously! Its almost impossible to change my LO's diaper these days. As soon as I lay him down he immediately flips over and wants to crawl and it doesn't matter how many times I try to put him back in place. I'm getting so frustrated, especially when poop is involved. I have tried giving him toys or teethers to play with and he ends up throwing them in back of the dresser which aggravates me even more. I don't see a way of hanging a mobile over his changing station but I'm going to try and figure something out.

I've been taking the wipeys and tossing them on Natalie's face, lol when I change her. If she pulls it off I toss another one at her. We play this little game and usually it's enough time to get her diaper changed. I usually use one wipe to wipe her and then grab the one I threw at her to do the second swipe, but if I don't use it (or if I throw more than one at her I put them back in the container.) I know silly suggestion, but that's what I have been doing.

Tommy does the same thing, he doesn't crawl but he tries to roll away. Sometimes a toy will work, others he just wants to take off.

Rosie does the same thing. I have a 50/50 shot on wipes or toys working. But if DH changes her she is a still as possible. Frustrates me..lol

I know I have about 2 seconds before she starts to get away or kick around. I have to grab a handful of wipes and hope that I can clean the mess with one huge wipe..or at least get the most of it, kind of like cleaning windows back and forth on her bum.
The only thing that works is me making funny faces while I clean her up. Getting her dressed is another story. Ugh!

Alison does the same thing. I have gotten pretty good at putting a clean diaper on while she is crawling.

I hear you. Jackson hates getting his diaper changed, and he always cries and fusses and then tries to roll away. I have started keeping a musical toy at the changing table and I give it to him as soon as I lay him down, it occupies him for a minute. I used to give him a stuffed toy from his crib but a couple days ago he dropped it onto his open poopy diaper
