I'm just trying to find some new stress relief techniques. Reading use to be my stress relief, but now due to my busy schedule I barely have time to pick up anything!

Yoga or a candle lit bath. I use to do yoga every morning and now I'm lucky if I get a chance to do it once a week.

Working out.

I WFH and I love it when I have something to read because I'll hop on the elliptical machine and read it "on company time". :-)

Also, I just love when my nanny takes Juliana on an outing outside of the house. I it used to make me nervous and stressed, but now I just love the quiet!

Exercise, a bubble bath, I'd say watch a movie, but I usually fall asleep. On the weekends I like to grocery shop by myself, but I'm a sahm so anything without kids for an hour or so is relaxing.

2 things: working out and reading.

You can ALWAYS carve 20 mins out of your day for working out. And that's enough time to make a difference. I personally really enjoy my kick boxing class. I beat the crap out of something.

Also, with reading, I have a kindle and I read while I nurse Emmett (especially at nights on the weekends when I don't work.)

I don't drink. No wonder its so hard for me to relax!

I'll go with chocolate and tv. Although exercise SHOULD be my answer. *sigh*

What do you do with Emmett when you are working out? Or do you do it at night? I am having a hard time fitting that back into my routine. I used to do dance classes, but don't have time for that any more.

Gym daycare has been a small miracle in my life. I also have an awesome running stroller. Or (last resort) a workout video while he naps or after he goes to bed at night.

I'm still trying to get to using the gym daycare, and I plan to start any day now when Juliana's nap schedule settles down a bit (but I've been saying that for 2 weeks). Lately I've just been using my elliptical machine while the nanny is here and once in a rare while I'll jog with her in the stroller. I don't even have a jogging stroller, which just makes it a more difficult workout, which is fine with me. On weekends, I do a video while DH babysits for the 45 minutes.
