Darwin called me on friday afternoon telling me that desi had a fever of 102.86. I thought it was going to be an ear infection. she has been very cranky all week and woke up in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row. so I took her to the pediatric urgent care. They did a throat and nose culture, then they took her blood. when we got there her fever went up to 103.8. My poor baby went through the same test she got when we were in the ER for RSV. Darwin was working so i was dealing with this alone. I had to hold my tears b/c it reminded me of that day in the ER. she hates the docs. def hates it. her throat is red and they say its a virus. went to her doc and she had a rash and still does all over her body. she is miserable. the doc said it probably rubella. or whatever that thing is. all weekend shes been cranky. i just gave her a bath and her last bottle and some tylenol and shes sleeping already. she doesnt go to bed til 8! Please pray that she gets better soon. i know this is a common thing but shes miserable and not the same happy baby
