I can't take this extra belly fat any longer! I such limited time though. I don't want to leave Stevie the few hours I see him after work to go exercise.

Any know of some good exercise DVDs for mommies and babies?

I feel the same way as you. I work all day and don't want to leave the baby when I get home, this last week I've been putting him in his stroller and walking with him on a walking trail. I let dd ride her bike, it feels awesome to do that little bit of exercise. I do sit ups after he is in bed. After the shock wears off on my body...lol I am going to try to add the 30 day shred in the am before he gets up.

I have a little stepping machine that we bought a while back. It is the best thing ever, because I can move it to wherever I need to be. So while Miranda is playing I can do my workout and watch her. Or I can even watch tv while I'm doing my workout and time just flies by. I've been doing 1 hour or 1 1/2 hour workouts lately and it's really helped. It didn't cost very much and it doesn't take up a lot of space like a treadmill.

Also getting rid of that tire isn't easy, you'll have to lose weight equally all over your body basically. I've cut out all all sugar (use splenda instead), no bread, pasta, potatoes, mayo, butter. (well once in a while I do have a bit)
And I really count my calories, so that I burn more than what I'm actually eating.
Rice cakes are awesome and they come in so many different flavours. Also eating certain fruits and veggies makes you burn more calories, like oranges, green peppers, asparagus, celery.
And Apple Cider Vinegar is supposed to be a natural colon cleanser. I put 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water twice a day and it's supposed to make you lose an inch in your waistline in a few weeks and make you burn fat faster.
Hope this helps!! I've lost 20lbs in the past 2 months just following that.
I know how annoying that darn tire is. I went to see a plastic surgeon and he told me that my muscles have seperated about 7 inches and nothing except surgery is going to fix that. But no money, so I'll have to save up for that tummy tuck one day.

I've been doing Weight Watchers and using Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred dvd. It's been helping some. My DH told me once I'm done having babies, I can have a tummy tuck, cause that's what his mom did.

I'm going to 3rd the 30 Day Shred recommendation. I have that and Jillian's Ripped in 30 and like them both. I like them because they are so easy to squeeze into my day. The 30 Day Shred is just a little over 20 minutes long and gives you a good workout for the amount of time.
