So for the past several weeks my daughter likes to pull at my shirt and look down (well, not just me, she does it to hubby too). Well, in the past few days, this has extended to also pulling down my bra and trying to grab my nip. She is OBSESSED with this. I hope I don't have a little perv on my hands! And she gets mad if I move her hand or try to distract her. I REALLY don't like it. LOL how am I ever going to breastfeed my next kid? But anyway...ugh. She's also getting terrible about hair pulling. She thinks its funny and gets mad if I try to block her. The worst is when she is in the carrier, I can't get away!

And I mentioned this before, she doesn't just like being next to me, its like she physically wants to be in the same spot as me, and if I move, she gets mad. My sister is doing occupational therapy for kids and she was telling me how some kids have sensory issues and I keep thinking about that...not that I think she has issues, but...kids are crazy sometimes lol.

*sigh* how do you teach a baby personal space?

I think the pulling on the shirt/bra and hair is all part of their exploration. All my kids have done this and Noah is now doing it now. When he does it, I move his hand and tell him no.

Stella was really bad with pulling my hair for a long time. Either she has gotten bored with it or understands no. She doesn't do it as much now, but has started pulling my shirt down and blowing raspberries on my chest. Now that she is refusing to nurse, I guess she needs to harass me in other ways.

Emmett is totally in this stage right now. The hair pulling started about 2 weeks ago. Luckily, I cut mine when he was born so he can't always get to it, but when he does, it hurts. He is also crazy about my ears right now and my little stud earrings.

And the nipples, yep....ridiculous. When I nurse him, he wants to play with the other nipple which I don't tolerate at all. I wear a lot of V-necks these days so I can nurse him easily and he is always plunging his little hands down my neckline. Lovely.

haha. makenna "twiddles" when she nurses (pinching, twisting, touching the other nipple) it's so annoying and i'll try to hold her hand so she can't do it which results in her screaming and getting pissy. she only does it when she's really tired though. the hair pulling she's been doing for awhile too and of course thinks it's absolutely hilarious :eyeroll: she also pinches!? especially my boob and neck skin. i have tiny little bruises from her!!

I thought you were going to say you need a turtleneck because of hickeys from the baby! I used to get them from Sophie, lol

Avery totally yanked my shirt open in front of my friend the other day. Luckily she's a mom of 2 as well & we were in her house, so she just laughed. The kid totally terrorizes my ears (I barely wear earrings around her), pulls my hair & pinches the back of my arm when she's eating. I tell her "ah ah ah, no, no" when she does a lot of these things & she just laughs. She also laughs when I tell her "no" & pull her away from cabinets. Her belly laugh is way better than Ethan's tantrum, though so why am I complaining?
