Yes, thank goodness. We are in very southern Alabama (near the ocean), and only had a few rain showers. I used to live in Tuscaloosa and still have many friends there. So far, everyone is okay. I appreciate you thinking about us!

that was one of the hardest hit! so scary i'm glad you were further south! they all went south and east of me, we just got really bad thunderstorms. i'm hearing the total death toll is over 200 now
