I want to see how many replies we can get in this thread before 10pm EST on April 30th. We need to have real conversations, no game playing.

So lets just chat!

---------------------------------

What did everyone have for dinner tonight? We played Euchre with my mom and step-dad and they were kind enough to bring over pizza for everyone. Not my ideal place but it was free and I didn't have to cook so I won't complain haha.

I really wish I could help you on that. I just really hope for you and him he outgrows it.

Oh me too Marisa! I keep waiting and waiting for it to get better and it just doesn't But I'm sure you're all sick of hearing about it (I know I'm sick of living it).

Tomorrow my oldest has a half day then a baseball meeting, then we have to come home and have lunch quickly then get to a parade she has to be in!

I'm not sick of it because as a mom, I understand the need to just vent to someone who understands. So don't feel bad for venting!

Ooh, how exciting! Is maddy excited to start kinder this year? Gage is and he doesn't understand the concept of having to wait for September haha. We're not in Traverse schools either so that is a bit of a pain but it would be more of a pain to attempt to get in and stay in them.

Hey ladies.
Well supper here was a pork loin with potatoes and carrots in the crock. Was good but sucked eating along again.
Rosie has been anti naps lately, not wanting to sleep at night and today she is just so whiney and doesn't know what she wants. Gets mad because I blocked her off from the stairs and she had an all out tantrum. So over it today.

Oh and so very over DH's job right now. God everything is so negative for me today..lol

I miss playing cards. DH hates playing cards since its not a sure win and he is such a sore loser when its just him and I playing..lol

Its not to bad. I do try to sleep when DD does sleep. Normally she is good about her naps as long but I think she is hitting a growth spurt or something cause she is up again at night and wanting to eat.

Seems lately I just can't get out of this funk and I know I need to.

We had a pork loin as well last night with mashed potatoes and broccoli.

No one should feel bad for venting! I know I do it all the time in here. Life can be frustrating and exhausting and we understand and can relate, and it's a nice place to blow off steam. I don't get sick of listening to ANY of you complain, by the way (Shalyn) Jackson isn't sleeping at night either anymore, he goes down pretty easily usually but last night he was up every hour. I haven't gotten a good night of sleep since he was born 9.5 months ago but I haven't even gotten an OKAY night of sleep for 2 weeks, which is part of the reason I have been MIA for a while. I think I'm back though.

morning Ladies! I want to go back to bed, Ross had a bad night last night, he was awake from 10-1130 and then again at 330, i know its not as bad as some of you have had it, but he was down to only getting up once a night for the past few weeks and I was really enjoying it

Aimee how was Jacksons check up? I remember you were concerned that he wasnt eating solids, hopefully the doc gave you some reassurance

Good Morning Ladies,

Last night I bought a rotisserie chicken, rice and green beans. It was so good, then went for a walk with the kids, my mom and sister. We walked about 6 miles and Tommy was conked out by the time we got home. Thank god! He has been a teething nightmare, I can't put him down. He is just wants to be held all of the time. One finally broke trough on his bottom right last night, the one right next to it is about to pop too. Teething is awful.

So what is everyone's plans for the day?

All our babies must have gotten together to be anti sleep lately..lol

No real plans today. I need to run to Target but I might wait till the weekend. Not sure yet. Not sure what time DH will be home. He didn't get home till after 9 last night. And the plan he said was to be out of there early. Well to him early means anytime before 9..lol So we shall see.

I have been wanting taco pizza and I noticed Papa Murphey's has one so I might go grab one for supper tonight.

Oh I know the work day ends at 5 here...lol But they do have some inspection thing coming up and he said its all a mess so he is trying to get it all good. So I understand and he is having a hard time with it as he is feeling like a crappy dad cause he hasn't really been "around".

Yeah I love Taco Pizza but it has to be done just so, so I will have to see if it like it..lol

So any plans for Mother's Day?
No plans here DH has to pull duty so our day is ruined.

Yeah it ends around 5 here too. But my dh doesn't know when to quit either.

I'm so mad at him today, he was changing a lock on the door and drilled through his thumb! There is a hole in it that is about .25 inches deep which is really big for your thumb, it hasn't stopped bleeding yet today. He refused to get stitches or go to the er, he can't move it and I'm afraid he may have hit a tendon or something. MEN...they are so stubborn.

For Mothers Day we will probably have breakfast at my moms and dinner with his mom. I would love a day where I didn't have to go anywhere or do anything....lol

taco pizza sounds good, we had pizza the other day and it made me sick, I was so sad I love pizza

I have no idea what were doing for mothersday day, I told Derek I wanted to go out for lunch, I dont expect a gift or anything, just a nice lunch out would be perfect. We will probably drive down to see MIL, maybe have dinner with them. But we are also supposed to be having our roof re shingled that weekend, weather permitting, but hopefully it all gets done on saturday, we dont really have that much roof

Good morning!

My mothers day plans are unknown. The husband doesn't work but who knows what is going to go on.

Today's plans are pretty much just lounging till husband wakes up and then we're going to Meijers to get oil for the car and hit up JoAnn fabrics to price material to make cloth wipes.

Good Morning Marisa,

Making your own wipes...that's awesome. What kind of fabric would use and how would you keep them moist? I've never really looked into making my own,.
