Favorite movie? Hmm I have a lot. Disney movie: Sleeping Beauty. From my HS days: Varsity Blues. Guilty Pleasure: Twilight movies. Serious Oscar movie: Far From Heaven
How did you and your dh meet?This story is kind of funny, kind of cute. So DH lived on the same floor of the dorms as one of my friends Sophomore year of college. I had never met him, but knew of him. Fast forward to April, and I am visiting my friend at the dorm. You had to leave your flashers on for where I was parked, and apparently I was there for so long that I killed the battery on my car! My friend asked DH to jump my car and he did. I thought was cute, so I asked my friend for his AIM screen name and IM'd him to say thanks a few days later. After talking for a little while, I could tell he was really shy, so I asked him if he was ever going to ask me out. He did and the rest is history

What is your go to meal when cooking? Carribean Jerk chicken with rice and asparagus. McCormick makes this Carribbean jerk seasoning you just throw on the chicken and bake it. It's sooo good with just the right amount of heat and allows me to play with Brendan while the oven does all the work.
What is your favorite must have beauty product? hmm that's hard. If I was rich I love Murad and Demalogica skin care products, but I am not, so I really like the Mary Kay Timewise line.
What is your absolute favorite moment/thing about being a mom? Favorite moment was when he smiled at me for real the first time. The first obvious, "mommy you're silly but I love you anyway" smile . Favorite thing would be just how much joy he has for the day. He's a super happy baby, and only complains when he's super tired or is ready to eat. Oh and he thinks I am AWESOME! I will hold on to these moments when he is a teenager and wants nothing to do with me lol.

What time do you and Brendan get up in the morning? If it is a good day Brendan is up at 6am, if it is not, it is about 5:15. My work alarm goes off at 5:45, so I much prefer when B doesn't get up till 6 haha.
-What is your favorite month of the year? hmm probably October. It's usually still decently warm but the leaves are turning colors and it just beautiful! Plus it is DH's and my wedding anniversary, so that helps .
-Favorite flower or plant? I love Tulips and I like to grow vegetables in our garden.
-What do you do when it's raining? Do you like rain? How does it make you feel? the occasional lazy rainy day is awesome for cuddling with the baby and reading a book, but I swear most of April Chicago had rain and I am OVER it!
-Are you a homebody? hmm, good question. I can be. It's nice to just sit around in pj's and get stuff done around the house or relax. But I definitely enjoy socalizing in smaller group settings, doing errands, etc.
-What color eyes do you, DH, and Brendan have? We all have blue eyes, and Brendan's are a beautiful heart stopping blue (I'm not partial or anything haha)

-Do you like shoes? If so, what type do you like best? LOVE LOVE LOVE shoes! I like ballet flats for work (cute and comfy!) and I like wedges for dress up. That way I can tall(er) without the pain of heels.
-What would you do for a Klondike bar? Say please? lol. I like them but don't buy them or anything, so it wouldn't excite me all that much.

Do you like to get pedicures? Absolutely. And I found a spa school by house that does them very cheaply and does a good job so I will definitely be going more often!
How about massages? I enjoy them, but I have been spoiled because I get a specialized one to help my neck (I get awful migraines) at my Chiropractor's office, so when I go for one just to relax it just doesn't feel as nice as it used to.
Do you wear make up? I do- I am very fair skinned, I need some color on my face!
Carry a purse? Yes I do, unless we are doing an all day event with the baby that would make it a hassle to carry both purse and diaper bag.
What is your favorite store to shop for yourself? The Loft is probably my favorite for work/nicer tops. I like Old Navy and JCPenny too. Oh and DSW for shoes!!

Do you ever get told you look like someone famous? If so, who? No I don't. However, I get told ALL the time that I look just someone's sister, cousin, girl I know, etc. Apparently my facial features are common? I don't know!

What is your favorite quote/saying? "Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful".

What is one totally random thing we don't know about you? I have a tattoo on my right ankle. It will be 10 years old this July (I can't believe that!)

What color do you love and hate? My favorite color is green of course . Color I hate- to wear is yellow- I look awful in it! And the one color that I just look at and go eww would have to be chartreuse. That color should NOT be in the green family!
