How was your weekend? Did you do anything fun?


We went to Hershey park yesterday, we had a great time. I am exhausted today, there are so many stinking hills at that place. We left Tommy at home with my mom, I felt terrible doing it. But I am glad we did, it started raining half way through the day, we made the best of it though. I hope everyone had a great weekend.

We had a great Sunday. DH got home friday super late. Saturday he went back into work till noon then we just did nothing around the house. Went and got his haircut and had Taco Johns for supper.
Sunday was so nice here. Had the house all open. DH cleaned while I went grocery shopping then we sat outside and played with Rosie. We grilled out and the best part was he didn't go on the computer at all for work issues. He spent the whole day with Rosie. It was just nice. Then to hear the news about Osama before heading to bed just made it all the more better.

Pretty laid back. My husband had to work Fri into Saturday and Saturday into Sunday. We pretty much hung out and did the usual stuff around the house. Slacked a little bit which I'll make up for here in a few.

DH was at his Dad's all day Saturday helping him to do repair work. So Brendan and I did a ton of errands. I had been a little nervous, I've never hauled Brendan around for hours at a time by myself. It's so silly that I was nervous though. I always anticipate his needs when DH was there, why did I think I wouldn't do it if DH wasn't? Anyway Brendan and I had a great day together doing errands and hanging around our house!
Sunday we went to a family baptism and then visiting with Brendan's Godmother for an hour or so. It was a busy but fun weekend!

Aside from the usual cleaning/laundry/grocery shopping fun, we had a pretty good weekend. It was nice out and yesterday (Sunday) we went to our local Science and Nature Center and saw some animals (mountain lions, bears, otters, deer, etc) and had a picnic and stuff, it was great.

I worked Saturday but Sunday me and Holden met one of my friends and her son for lunch and a playdate. The place we went had those little fountain things that spit water up from the ground so we took the boys in and let them splash around a little. Holden loved it!
