Can you post your LO's feeding schedule? I was spacing out bottles & solid foods through out the day. The Ped. just told me I should only be feeding 3 meals per day, and bottles at each meal. There's no way my LO will drink a whole bottle plus eat a solid food meal, so im confused. Don't they still need a bottle before bed??

Thanks

he eats a bottle when hes hungry but usually he has a bottle when

he wakes up
before his AM nap
he wakes up from AM nap
before PM nap
he wakes from PM nap
Before bed

he also gets snacks during the day, usually 2-3 little snacks (fruit or veggie slices, toast, mum mum, crackers ect) and he eats dinner with us.

Nurse at around 6 or 7am
Breakfast at 8:30ish + sippy cup with BM (usually 4 oz or so)
Sometimes nurse to sleep for a nap or else more of his sippy around 10:30
Lunch at 12:30 + sippy with BM
Dinner at 6:00+ sippy with BM
Nurse at bedtime

I have his cup available throughout the day and he drinks off and on all day long. He will sometimes drink an a couple of sips then continue playing or sometimes will take several ounces. All in all, he drinks about 15-20 oz a day out of his cup, most of that at mealtimes, depending on if he nursed at all during the day plus nursing morning and night. We also do snacks sometimes in between and he always has a cup of milk any time he is in the high chair.

I am very laxed in my schedule with eating and it changes all the time some days she eats way more and some days less.

average I would say is something like this.
wake up bottle-6oz
before nap 4-6 oz fruit. this doesn't always happen
after nap 6oz bottle
afternoon bottle 6oz
after nap 4oz bottle
supper 4-6oz of some form of veggies or mixed jared food doesn't always happen.
before bed 4-6oz bottle.

In between she gets some puffs but not a daily thing. And lately she has been waking up and eating anywhere from 4-6oz at night.
I feed her when she is hungry and don't worry myself to much with the solids. I am sure coming up I will try 3 solids a day and the sippy cup more but just not all that worried at this point.

6:00am- 6oz bottle
8:30am-fruit or veggie
10:00 am -6 oz bottle
1:00 pm fruit or veggie and 6 oz bottle
4:30-6 oz bottle
7:30 6 oz bottle

I also give him puffs and little snacks throughout the day. Sometimes he wakes up at night to eat but only drinks an ounce or 2. I am trying to let him whine a bit before I get him now, as I think he wakes up out of habit. So I let him stir around a bit before I get him.

I don't have a set schedule with Kye. He still nurses on demand and gets solids whenever he shows interest (which is often).

we nurse on demand, which averages every 3hrs still. SHe also nurses throughout the night. She has some type of breakfast around 9am and then dinner with us. She gets puffs and some mummums to snack on to.

This, except Jackson doesn't show interest often, I just usually give him a little of whatever we are eating at breakfast and dinner and let him choose whether or not to eat it.
