Is anyone giving their LO regular milk yet?
I was thinking of mixing formula and whole milk for Miranda to get her used to it. Since she's eating a whole bunch of regular foods already I figured maybe she can wean from formula a bit sooner.
Any thoughts?

With my other kids I was EBF so I would give whole milk a little here and there around 10 months, but since Natalie is barely nursing I will probably wait the full year.

I was wondering about this and when you can do it. Jackson is still EBF and pretty much nurses on demand still (about every 3 hrs) so I don't have to worry about the cost of formula or anything, but he does pretty well with his sippy cup and I would like to start the slow process of weaning. I would like to be done with nursing during the DAY when he's around a year old, since I will be getting a job around that time and he will stay home with his dad. There's no way I am pumping this late in the game. I don't care if nursing at night goes on for a while, but I want him drinking whole milk during the day.

That got long, haha. So is it okay if I give him some whole milk here and there once he is 10 months old?

I think I will start when he is around 11 months. He is on similac sensitive because he had hard time with regular formula at first.

I am going to wait until Hallie is 1 year old. With her being so small, she still needs all the calories the formula has to offer.

the other 2 didnt get it till about 15months. i see no reason to introduce it sooner then 1. After they turned 1 dd went to the next step formula and ds still got breastmilk.

I will start giving Chase some organic milk between 11-12 months....so that he's fully on it by 12 months. We did the same with his older brother and it worked out great.
