I got breakfast in bed (my oldest DD cooked french toast) and the kids made me cards and flowers made out of tissue paper. It was lovely. Then DH took me to the garden center to pick out some plants for our front yard and he planted them for me.
What did you ladies do?

I spent most of the day at my moms having breakfast and dinner there. Then went to mil for dessert. Lily made me an awesome necklace. We had a great day.

Avery had "made" me a tissue paper flower at day care. DH made me stay in bed, and he went downstairs with the baby, got her dressed in a new "I Love Mom, Happy Mother's Day!" onesie, she gave me the flower and a card, and I got a gift card with enough money to go get a pedicure. We went to lunch with DH's grandparents, and then came home. DH let me take a nap, then he cooked me dinner! It was a fabulous day.

How sweet of your dh to pick out a tshirt like that. That would have made my day! So thoughtful.

It was nice. We went out to breakfast and took a nice walk, the 3 of us. DF made me dinner and cleaned up the kitchen, and gave me a backrub later. Simple but sweet. He also wrote me a silly poem.
