Anyone else have a baby who is happy doing the army crawl? Tommy just uses the army crawl to get around, he will rock on his knees for a few seconds, then just says forget this. It is hilarious to watch, his poor right arm gets stuck every time.

My DS used to do that, it was too funny. Maybe it's a boy thing?

I'm not sure what to call Alec's "crawling", lol. He puts one leg out in front of him, the other leg is folded and he just scoots it along. His pants have one dirty knee and one clean one. It's very strange to see.

Stevie did an army crawl for a couple of weeks but now that he has mastered hands and knees crawling, he prefers it.

YES - Macie seems to have no interest in actually crawling bc she's so darn fast at the army crawl. She started over a month ago and I figured she'd switch after a couple of weeks, but so far nope.

She cracks me up bc she tries to pull up on everything and would probably be successful if it wasn't from a laying flat on her tummy position. I just told DH the other day that as soon as she realizes she can get on her knees and then pull up it'll all be over.

Hallie is an army crawler. She can get on her hands and knees, but just doesn't care to try to crawl that way. Her belly is always dirty!! She looks like a little spider the way her arms and legs go. She's fast at it!!

I've got an army crawler also. I don't know that he'll ever crawl on all fours...I think he'll be walking before then because he can already walk behind a walker thing the Easter Bunny brought him.
