Who all plants a garden? If you do plant a garden what do you plant in it?
I didnt have much of a garden last year...i blame it on the nasty weather we had, it was so very hot and humid. I ended up pretty much only having tomatoes and peppers last year. I plan to have a better garden this year! I intend to plant tomatoes, peppers, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, peas, beans, onions, lettuce, carrots, beats and radishes (at least). I'll let ya all know how i do...

We plant one and share it with my mom and step-dad.
Off the top of my head this year we're planting, peppers (including jalepeno), peas, potatoes, cucumbers, pumpkin, watermelon, both kinds of onions, carrots, zucchini.
We did corn last year but decided not to this year.

Wow that is an awesome veggie garden. I love corn, my fil has a farm in MD and grows corn. It is so yummy, I love corn on the cob in the summer.

I hope it turns out this year! Like Sara ours took a hit because of the heat and humidity, not everything came up or if it did, it died pretty quick despite us staying on top of it.
We love corn too but it drew way too many deer

I don't garden. We just planted a couple of trees and shrubs in our front by the stairs. I picked out the plants but DH planted everything. He's much more of a perfectionist than me and I don't really have the time.

We have a big garden, but I can't take credit for it. My dad planted everything and he comes over once a week to work on it. He is kind of addicted to gardening because he grew up in Europe and thats all he did. We have Zucchini, cucumbers, tomato, eggplant, green beans, spinach, mixed lettuce, swiss chard & carrots. We also have a small pot of strawberries, and small pots of basil, parsely & cilantro.
If you havent tried growing Swiss chard, I would recommend trying it. It's low maintenance and grows through out the summer and part of fall while the weather is nice. But I don't think our babies at this age can eat it yet, not sure.
