After reading Elizabeth's crib sleeping thread I decided last night on a whim to see what would happen if I let him fall asleep on his own in his crib. For the first time in a long time I put him down pretty drowsy, turned his crib soother on and he fell asleep. He woke up crying a couple times and I had to go back in there maybe 5 times in the first 15 minutes or so but he actually stayed asleep after finding the right position, I guess (on his side, in the corner, facing the end of the crib). I only had to wake up once or twice during the night to check on him and he slept about 8 hours in his crib and then he was getting restless so we moved to the couch for an hour. I wonder if this is a fluke thing or if I can make this happen again. I will try again tonight and see how it goes!

Nice! I wish I could put Juliana down drowsy but awake but I don't see that happening any time soon.

Nice! I wish I could put Ethan down drowsy or even ASLEEP lol. AS soon as he hits anything other than my bed or next to me on the couch, he's screaming! Congrats! Hope he keeps it up for you!
