If you google digital scrapbooking there are tons of sites out there. That's how I found it when I got started. I figured I do everything else on my computer, there must be a way to scrapbook there too.

Basically you need a photo manipulation program like Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Paint Shop Pro, or if you want something free, GIMP. Then you download elements like papers, ribbons, frames, buttons, and all the sorts of things you would use in traditional scrapbooking and move them around in the image program with your photos to arrange your page. You can learn to add shadows and things like that to make the pages have more depth and look more realistic and then you print them and put them in your scrapbook albums.

I can post some of the sites I use when I get home from work and the Digital Scrapbooking forum here on JM has some good info too!
