by getting rid of all the baby stuff. *sniff*

DH and I are pretty certain we're done, and our community garage sales are this weekend. So I figured there was no better time to get rid of some stuff so we could have some fun money for vacation.

But everyone I've ever known who gets rid of the baby stuff ends up pregnant. That would be just our luck.

I did keep the big stuff (crib, changing table, swing, bouncer) but all the clothes and little stuff are out of here. I took a bunch of clothes to Once Upon a Child last week and got $370 for it all!

I did that after DS. Got rid of everything and then we decided to have another one and had to start from scratch. This time it's all going for sure and I am definately not having anymore.

I'll be waiting for your Oh Crap post and adding you to the due date list

This is why I will NEVER get rid of baby stuff, everyone I know who has gotten rid of it all has become pregnant again. It's a curse!

Yup, $370 for clothes! Well, $25 of that was for a Disney Princess Toddler bed, but the rest was all clothes.

Yeah, I'm waiting for my "oh crap" post, too. LOL! I'm not on BC--we just use condoms, so it could happen. We're pretty diligent about using them, but I've known plenty of people who've gotten pregnant using condoms. I think DH and I have both decided what will be, will be. Getting pregnant wouldn't be the end of the world. It just wouldn't be in our plans, but we all know life is what happens while you're making other plans.

My main reason for keeping things is because it saves me money haha. I seem to only have boys so it has worked out great. Even though Bishop was born in an off season to my other two, I got a lot of use out of their winter stuff with him. I think I'll be able to use some stuff again. I'm hoping so since he's wearing 12 months mostly now. I believe my other two were wearing 12mo around summers.

Yeah, I kept at Carlie's clothes for Kendra, but everything Kendra has outgrown is or will be gone. I lucked out that they were born in the same season, so I don't really have to buy anything clothes wise for Kendra.

I keep telling DH we're going to be laughing when we have an oopsie. LOL! I just can't keep anymore stuff--we're out of room as it is, and the basement was packed full of kids clothes.
