So, today on facebook i noticed they changed it so that when you open a message from someone you also see all the messages that had been exchanged between you and this person, ever. I don't know if i like this...some things said should be "forgotten". What do you think?

I joked with my df that i bet in the next few days there will be an increase in changed relationship statuses.

"You said you never messaged her back!"
"You said you haven't spoken to him in years!"

I don't like it and i want my old one back..lol not that I have anything to hide in there but it was much easier to delete. Also I noticed that not all messages are in there and only if its with in the one conversation of replies and such. This way though you can delete certain parts of the conversation..lol

I don't like it either. Sometimes my df and i will send messages back and forth, the occasional simple i love you and such. When i opened an i love you he sent me yesterday i scrolled up and it seemed to have all our past messages...including ones from not so good times. I don't really want to see those messages again or want him to revisit them again. I hope if i delete them they stay gone. Bah!

im not a big fan, either, not because i have to hide anything ect but im not a fan of the look, and i think its confusing

I like seeing the history. I never delete my messages and I was reading some from 4 years back and it was cool to read about little details of my first pregnancy that I had forgotten. and I was at a very different point in my life, so it's cool to see how much it's changed.

I never delete my messages, It really doesn't bother me either.
