instant oatmeal packs is a "go to" in my book. Walmart sells the ones without sugar.
Also, for fruit, I like the cups with diced peaches or pears also with low sugar/lite syrup. I drain the syrup and dump the fruit on E's tray.

We can only have 6 stickies and we ave 4 in use. We need breakfast lunch and dinner to be one thread to stickie. That way it leaves Mandy and I access to one stickie for other things.
OK hold on, We can have up to 10 sub forums, but only 6 stickies.
Im going to add a "Meal Idea" subforum? Then we can have 3 threads stickies in there.
Im titling it as "Meal Ideas". I will say though, if it is not active it will be removed. Thats what happened last time when people requested a recipe board and TTC board. They were never used so it JM's requirements to be used or deleted.

Why don't we keep the threads "regular" for now and then we can consolidate and type it up in one nice/easy to read one to be stickied? I even volunteer to type.

This morning we had toast with peanut butter and applesauce. I meant to suggest this - sometimes I use it instead of jam. better for fibre, and no need to use sweetened sauce either!

French toast is a big hit in our house, or pancakes dipped (aka coated) in yogurt. She also gets scrambled eggs with cheese.

Bumping.
Breakfast this morning was waffle again with diced peaches and mangoes with juice. I've been making myself a slice of spelt toast and a fruit smoothie with ground flax and a protein supplement. They've been yummy!

I found an egg thing Maggie just loves. I use herb rolled goat cheese and finely diced cooked broccolli, and crumble it all into scrambled eggs while they're cooking up in a pan. It warms the broccolli and melts the cheese, distributes the herbs, and she can't get enough of it!! Also gave it to my 9 year old niece for her birthday brunch a couple weeks ago, and she ate it up - left barely any for everyone else!
Throw half a slice of buttered toast with it, and you've got an awesome combo for any mealtime.

The way I get Ethan to eat his oatmeal cereal is to mix it with applesauce. He either eats that, or a banana and cheerios, some mornings he gets pancakes and blueberries.

Cream of wheat is a big hit in my house. We usually mix in a little applesauce to make it sweeter. I'm one a high protein diet so I end up mixing adding protein powder into most of my foods. Sometimes I'll mix a little in with the kids cream of wheat to give it an extra protein kick...they never notice.

Ethan's favorites for breakfast are:
Yogurt w/a fresh fruit (blueberries or grapes etc)
Scrambled eggs
Rice or oatmeal baby cereal mixed with milk
Pancakes (blueberry are his favorites)
Banana or applesauce
