How many of us are still breastfeeding? Has it kept Aunt Flo at bay? If not, when did you start again?
I plan to make it to at least year, but I have to admit, I'm not going to miss pumping so much at work every day once school is out. I'm hanging in there, but I miss being able to socialize with other teachers at lunch or during my prep periods. I feel like I've missed out on a lot this year and I'm looking forward to not pumping next school year. I just got my period back this week, probably because Ellie has stopped nursing at night so much, but it only lasted about 3 days and it was very light.

while breastfeeding my second son he was 14 months old and i never had AF come back and became pregnant with my daughter ... they say you are more likely to become pregnant after 12 months once they are eating more ..... i figured i couldnt get pregant will prestfeeding especially without AF's return.... WRONG !!!!!

Once a day, every morning we snuggle in bed and he nurses. It's the only time though and it breaks my heart. Fought so hard and I'm thankful we still have this one small bit.

STill BFing... no AF. Will keep BFing until she's 2.. Will probably get AF back this fall or maybe sooner. Last night I really felt like I have PMS and the ole sex-drive is starting to come back.

I am still breastfeeding. My goal right now is to make it to 1 yr. Then we will see...
I was wondering about AF. No signs yet. I am so glad not to have a period. Hoping/wishing AF will stay away for another year. LOL!

Still going here too. I am entirely sick of pumping, but I don't mind the breastfeeding. I plan on keeping it up until he self weans.
ETA: I forgot to add that I haven't gotten AF back yet.

Still breastfeeding. I definitely BF morning and night and sometimes during the day but it just depends. He drinks my frozen, pumped milk out of sippies the rest of the time. I quit pumping about 2 weeks ago and am ecstatic that I'm done with that! I had about 350-8oz bottles stored up so we are good for quite a while. I'm going to try to BF til one year...I absolutely love the time with him but at the same time I kind of want my body back. And this is my 4th cycle...I'm a little upset that AF returned at 6 months when I was BFing and pumping....kinda sucks.

Still going strong. Nursing at least 4 times a day and during the night. No AF here. She stayed away for 14 mos with my first.
