Does your little one nap? One or more times a day? How long do they stay asleep for if they do nap?
Sam used to not nap but lately he has been napping about twice a day. Usually around 3-5 and then around 8-10 he doesnt nap for long though, i'm lucky if he naps for a half an hour.
Heidi does 2 naps... A long 90 min one and a 20 min one. She usually falls asleep at around 10 and sleeps until 1 or 2 and then wakes up hourly until 8. Gets up and is asleep again by noon.
