Do you live near a lot of your family? If not, do you (plan to) visit with family a lot?

We live within about 15 minutes of my mom and DH's parents and sister, and 45 minutes of one of my sisters. We moved to Phoenix to be near his family when we decided to get married because my family was spread all over the country. My mom and my sister ended up moving out here as well. It's nice to have so much family close by because I pretty much always have a willing babysitter. In fact, sometimes they fight over whose turn it is to play with Ellie.

My parents and one of my sisters live about 45 minutes from us. My other sister is about 20 minutes from us. My in-laws live about 2 hours from us during the summer and then they live in Phoenix during the winter (maybe we can get together the next time we are visiting them). Then I have a SIL in Phoenix and SIL in Nashville.

my ILs live about 90 mins away in fact all of DHs extended family (cousins, aunts and uncles) live within 3 hours of one another. So we get together with everyone every few months and we see MIL and FIL twice a month

my family is all up in northern ontario, where i grew up, we only see them once a year because of the distance

We live near a lot of family. But I do not like to be bothered with them because its always drama and nosy nosy people.

my parents are 20 minutes in one direction, my ILs are 20 minutes in the other. 90% of our extended families live within 30 minutes of us.

We currently live near all of family. We will be moving about 6 hours away this summer but will visit often.
