Personally do you hope your little one is more into sports or artsy stuff?

I really hope Samuel is more artistic. I would love if he played piano. I plan to have him take piano lessons as soon as he's old enough. His dad is a musician and an artist. I have always been crafty but didn't have the patience for much of it, i did play the clarinet when i was in middle school. If he does want to be in sports though i will support him, and i'm sure i'll be one of those annoying overly excited parents on the sideline even though i don't like sports myself.

id like him to be a mix, I hope he enjoys the arts, I love music and drama, and Derek is very good at drawing/painting but I would also like for him to enjoy physical activities too

I have a hunch that my daughter is going to be the artsy one in the family, and my son the athlete.

Doesn't matter to me. I would say DF and I are more artsy- DF is into physical things but more like hiking and less sports. I am def more artsy, I like to write and play music. If Jackson is into sports though, we will support him.

I hope he is athletic. I think he will have his daddy's build - 6'5" - and I would not be opposed to him becoming a professional athlete and taking care of me in my old age. If he's artistic, then that trait must be from the milk man because neither DH nor I have an ounce or artist in us. Although my brother's pretty artistic, so maybe there's something in the genes.
