I have earrings but aside from that, not really. Ironically i make jewelry, just don't wear it very often at all. But i think it has a lot to do with not being happy with my looks/weight. I just try to not call much attention to myself...if i were more comfortable perhaps i would wear more jewelry.
I have 2 piercings in each ear, but I don't usually remember to wear earrings. I used to have a tongue piercing but my dentist finally convinced me to take it out because apparently they are finding now that it's wearing away the roots of your bottom front teeth under your gums and people's bottom teeth are falling out. Yikes.
